What to Include
- Bug reports: which tool page you were on, what file type you used, and what happened versus what you expected. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Tool requests: describe the job you are trying to do. If enough people ask for it, we build it.
- Business inquiries: include “business” in the subject line so your message gets routed correctly.
Response Time
We aim to reply within two business days. Pixel File is a small project, so complex bug fixes can take longer, but every message gets read.
Privacy Note
Please do not send sensitive personal documents unless we ask for them. Our tools process files in your browser, so for most issues you never need to share the actual file. See our privacy policy for details.
